Shopping and Subscription Billing
When you purchase products and services through our Service, we will ask you to provide certain information, including your contact and shipping information and your billing information. You authorize Peninsula Publishing LLC, d/b/a The Local Palate Marketplace and our third-party payment vendors to collect, process, and store your billing information.

Subscription Billing. If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize us to store your payment method and charge it on a recurring basis according to your selected delivery frequency. Your stored payment information will be used solely to process your subscription charges and will be handled in accordance with the security standards described in the Data Security section below. You may update your payment information at any time through your account. Opting In / Opting Out

If you would like to completely deactivate your account, please contact us. Please note that if you deactivate your account, you will not receive newsletters from us and will not be able to participate in sweepstakes, special product offers, or contests.
