    The Local Palate Marketplace guarantees that each product we carry is USDA certified, and that all product will be delivered as fresh as possible

    Products are shipped directly from the vendors, and your order may arrive in separate packages. Please see below for gift orders if you need an order to arrive in one package.

    Processing

    Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed. If you require expedited shipping, please select 'Express Shipping' at checkout.

    Support

    If any product arrives damaged, or otherwise inedible, we will do everything we can to make it right. Please reach out to marketplace@thelocalpalate.

Is the Marketplace part of the Local Palate Magazine?

Yes! The Local Palate Marketplace is an extension of the Local Palatewhose magazines, online outlets, and events celebrate the diverse food culture of the South. Through the Local Palate Marketplace, you’ll find a thoughtfully curated selection of artisan goods for your table, bar, kitchen, and pantry. Showcasing the best Southern makers, we celebrate the stories behind the people, places, and communities that make the South distinct. From expertly crafted cookware and flatware to local snacks and spices, we bring the best of the South to you.

Can I place a large gift order on the Marketplace?

Yes! We have a wide assortment of products that make ideal gifts for large companies and small gatherings alike. We've helped multiple companies, such as Hulu, fulfill their gifting needs for employee holiday gifts, award ceremonies, weddings, corporate events, and in-room welcome gifts.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

While we strive to deliver your order in perfect condition, mistakes do happen. If your order arrived with a damaged product, a product out of its expiration date, or otherwise un-usable, please reach out to Marketplace@thelocalpalate.com and include the order number in your message - we will make it right for you!

*Please note that if a product becomes damaged due to being left out in the elements after delivery, or if you simply did not like the product, we will be unable to replace the product or issue a refund.

Can I purchase Marketplace products at wholesale?
