Ingredients
1½ ounces Bluecoat Gin
¾ ounces Aperol
⅓ ounce Jack Rudy Classic Tonic Syrup
¼ ounce fresh grapefruit juice
Directions
Shake then strain into a chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish with a charred orange peel.
