Chef Julius West's passion for food blossomed during his childhood travels across the U.S. as the son of an Air Force Sargeant. Time spent in the kitchen with his mother taught him that preparing traditional, homestyle dishes is a meaningful way to show care and respect. This inspired Julius to launch his food truck in 2012, where his mouthwatering shrimp & grits quickly stole the spotlight.
Now, Julius has made it even easier for everyone to savor this beloved regional classic by bottling it for enjoyment at home.
