1 baguette, sliced ½ inch thick on a bias

3 tablespoons olive oil

½ cup fig jam

6 ounces goat cheese, softened

8 ounces Aussie Select Sliced Lamb Pastrami

Microgreens for garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil. Bake until golden and crisp, about 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool slightly.
Spread each slice with a thin layer of fig jam, then top with a small dollop of goat cheese. Layer a piece of lamb pastrami on top.
Arrange on a serving platter and top each toast with a few microgreens. Serve warm or at room temperature.
